MOE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHEME (MOE FAS) 2025

1. The MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) is open for application for Year 2025.

2. Parents can choose to apply for MOE FAS either through (i) Hardcopy Form or (ii) e-FAS.

   1. Hardcopy Form
      You may collect the MOE FAS Application Form from the General Office or download from here.
      Please complete the Form and ensure all required supporting documents are attached before submitting your application to the General Office.

   2. e-FAS
      If you wish to submit FAS application electronically, please do so using the new e-FAS link/ QR code below. Please prepare in advance all supporting documents in softcopy prior to doing the submission. https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas

      

   1. Application strictly via Hardcopy Form is required for below scenarios:

      1. families with other dependents (Great grandparents, Aunties/Uncles, Cousins and others) 

      2. family with more than 6 children in GGAS 

      3. family with more than 5 unmarried children not in GGAS

      4. family with more than 3 grandparents in the household

      5. Parents whose child is a ComCare recipient need not submit the application for MOE FAS as MOE FAS will be auto-granted to ComCare beneficiaries.
